Shipping policy
Rest assured we will do everything in our power to ensure your ordered is delivered as soon as possible. Your parcel will be left in a secure place, however please ensure you are available upon delivery. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery as a result of input of wrong shipment information. Please double check your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders can take up to 2 - 3 business days to be processed before shipment.
Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated Delivery Time for all products
As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. It may take approximately 5-7 days for delivery.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@kindredkeepsakes.net.
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
We ship most products within 1-3 business days. After that, items typically arrive to customers within:
- USA: 5 - 7 days (Excluding Sundays)
- USA Priority: 2-3 days (Excluding Sundays)
Priority shipping ships via FedEx who do not deliver to PO boxes. Therefore Priority shipping will not work for deliveries to PO boxes.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
Delays imposed by the shipping carriers are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for this. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in any events out of our control.
We will be doing all we can to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
Address Errors
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to Kindred Keepsakes due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
- Address Correction: Customers may contact Kindred Keepsakes to correct the shipping address before the order is shipped.
- No Refunds for Incorrect Addresses: No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
